Chinese GP reportedly to return for 2024 F1 Calendar
China, identified as a pivotal market by Formula One and Liberty Media, had initially been included in the provisional 2023 schedule. Unfortunately, the tragic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic led to the regrettable decision to remove China from the calendar for the fourth consecutive year. Furthermore, the unforeseen last-minute cancellation of the Emilia Romagna race at Imola resulted in the current season settling at 22 races.
However, this season, in a positive turn of events, the Chinese authorities are actively working towards putting the Chinese GP in the 2024 calendar, which is already scheduled in the F1 calendar in April, according to the latest update.
