Expressing gratitude to his teammates for their support over the past three years, Bowers acknowledged the significant role they played in his pursuit of an NFL dream. He extended a special thanks to his family, emphasizing his deep appreciation for his mother’s unwavering support.
“Words cannot describe how thankful I am for what these last 3 years have brought. It has been an unbelievable honor and privilege to play for this university. It has given me memories that will last a lifetime. First, I’d like to thank my family for always being there to support me through my journey. Especially my mom and dad for making countless trips across the country.”
Acknowledging the coaching staff, Bowers expressed gratitude to Coach Smart and Coach Hartley for providing him with the opportunity to play for the program and for their dedicated investment in his growth both on and off the field.

Before missing Georgia’s Orange Bowl victory over Florida State, Bowers showcased his prowess in 10 games last year, accumulating 56 catches for 714 yards and six touchdowns. Bowers faced adversity late in the season due to a high ankle sprain suffered against Vanderbilt on Oct. 14.
