Only the San Francisco 49ers squad and their supporters are aware of how crucial the quarterback is for the upcoming season after a 13-4 record-based regular season in which their experienced player Brock Purdy made a significant contribution.
Before the start of the season, the injury of Purdy that he was bearing the last season, shattered the heart of the fans. However, the team’s head coach Kyle Shanahan hinted at a ray of hope for the fans.

Brock sustained an injury in November, and on March 10 he underwent surgery to fix it. The quarterback flew to Jacksonville after the 49ers’ minicamp earlier this summer to consult with quarterback coach Will Hewlett and orthopedic expert Tom Gormley.
After that, he started throwing in late May and by the first week of June, Purdy was throwing three times weekly. As he is improving day-by-day the teams’ coach Kyle drew a new plan that he shared with the reporters on Sunday.
Alongside with that Kyle revealed that the 23-year-old is totally fit and in good health to make a run. The statement came after the coach closely monitored his practices in the last two practice sessions.

“I think he’s done great,” Shanahan told. “He has come back. He’s had no arm troubles. He’s been totally healthy. I think he’s getting all his timing back, his rhythm. I was really impressed with him in his two practices.”
Which team 49ers play in the opening week?
Last season, the San Francisco team performed 8-1 at home and 5-3 away. They are once again among the overwhelming favorites to win the Super Bowl in 2023 following a record-breaking season.
Purdy stood at the forefront of those victories that, in only one season, elevated him from Mr. Irrelevant to Mr. Impossible. He guided the San Francisco 49ers to the NFC Championship Game with his enchanted foot.
Whatever the case, the Niners will begin the season against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 1 of this year’s Super Bowl run. The following Sunday, they are slated to play the Los Angeles Rams Rams in their first divisional game of 2023.
Throughout the offseason, Brock did his best to get himself ready for practice which is the proof of his dedication and devotion towards his team for which only in just one season, he has emerged as the focal point of the 49 ers team.
