What is “Love Has No Labels” campaign joined by WWE?

Since the beginning of 2024, WWE has actively pursued collaborations with new brands and companies to enhance its brand value. As a result, Netflix has entered into a deal with WWE to acquire the broadcasting rights for Monday Night RAW for a duration of 10 years, starting in January 2025.

WWE has recently joined forces with a non-profit organization to launch a campaign in support of inclusivity and fight against discrimination based on various factors.

What is “Love Has No Labels” campaign?

WWE has become a diverse and passionate fan base of more than 800 million people worldwide, has been a longtime supporter of the Love Has No Labels campaign. In 2016, WWE Superstar John Cena starred in a viral PSA titled “We Are America”, which highlighted the diversity of the American people and urged viewers to love beyond labels.

Yesterday, on February 13, WWE and the Love Has No Labels campaign announced an expansion of their partnership, making Love Has No Labels the first official heritage month partner of WWE.

The Love Has No Labels campaign was launched in 2015 to challenge social norms and stereotypes, and to celebrate the diversity of all people. The announcement poster also featured the American Nightmare, Cody Rhodes, who was holding a glass with “Love Has No Labels” printed on it. Being one of the biggest baby faces of the company today, fans were excited to see Rhodes as a part of this collaboration.

How WWE plan to assist the campaign?

As part of this collaboration, WWE and the Love Has No Labels campaign will develop new work throughout the year to honor and celebrate various heritage months, including Black History and Women’s History,

To enlarge their expanded partnership, WWE is planned to release an exclusive merchandise collection with unique designs highlighting each heritage month. For each t-shirt sold, a portion of proceeds will go to the Ad Council in support of the Love Has No Labels campaign.

Additionally, WWE has announced that the campaign will be promoted by WWE Superstars Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch, Damian Priest, Sonya Deville and Cody Rhodes, who share their personal stories and perspectives on diversity and inclusion.

The campaign is expected to air throughout the year across the WWE Network and social media, as well as on the Ad Council’s channels. The partnership between WWE and the Love Has No Labels aims to leverage their platforms to inspire audiences to contribute in establishment of a society that is more inclusive and accepting of all individuals.
