Vince McMahon has been a pivotal figure in shaping WWE into one of the world’s largest companies today, dedicating the past 50 years to its growth and sacrificing much of his life for the WWE empire. However, his entire legacy was shattered when former WWE employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against him, alleging that she was sexually assaulted by McMahon.
Amidst the ongoing investigation of this case, another statement from a former WWE Superstar has surfaced, unveiling the real face of McMahon.
Vince McMahon accused of showing “no sympathy” to Ashley Massaro following Kuwait incident
A statement penned by the late former WWE Superstar Ashley Massaro, who tragically passed away by suicide in 2019, surfaced on social media last week. The statement, originally authored by Massaro herself in 2017, resurfaced recently. Yesterday, one of Massaro’s friends, Cara Pipia, revealed a horrifying incident that occurred to Massaro in 2006.
Cara said, “knows it was multiple (rapes), at least two or three times. She was in and out of consciousness, trying desperately to stay awake. She couldn’t.” She also said that Massaro spent hours obbing in her arms after the alleged rape.
This incident was first revealed by Massaro herself, when she filed a lawsuit against the WWE, alleging that the company was responsible for neurological injuries. She claimed that she was sexually assaulted by US military personnel while on a WWE tour of Kuwait in 2006. Vince McMahon and Stephanie tried to cover it up and silence her.
Massaro claimed that she was drugged and raped by several men at a US military base, and that she reported the incident to WWE officials, who discouraged her from going to the authorities or seeking medical attention. The lawsuit was dismissed in 2018, but Massaro continued to speak out about her ordeal on social media and podcasts.
Vince McMahon sexually preyed on Ashley Massaro according to affidavit
The complete statement of Ashley Massaro, was released on social media that consists of 15 pages. As per the affidavit, the WWE management told her to keep quiet and not to report the crime to the authorities.
Ashley also suffered from physical and mental health issues, such as chronic pain, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She also faced sexual harassment from McMahon, who preyed on female wrestlers and made unwanted advances towards them.
Massaro said that McMahon took away her opportunities, reduced her screen time, and made her lose matches. The affidavit also claims that McMahon was forcefully calling her via hotel room phone, to invite her to his personal WWE locker room.
Ashley further asserted that McMahon subjected her to sexual harassment each time she passed by him and revealed that she felt deeply uncomfortable and violated by his behavior. Despite WWE’s silence on the matter, fans anticipate legal action to be pursued against McMahon for his alleged cruel and reprehensible behavior.
