Their family set a goal of $100,000, which they said would go toward their medical costs, plus future college tuition. The family has now surpassed their goal of amassing $100,000 and the donations now stands at $175k.

Taylor Swift helps family by donating $100k

Following the charitable initiative taken by her beau Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift also donated an equal amount to the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan, who was tragically shot and killed during the shooting at the Super Bowl Parade on Wednesday.

She attached the donation with the words, “Sending my deepest sympathies and condolences in the wake of your devastating loss. With love, Taylor Swift.”
