As Hill continued to share his insights with fans, after recently sharing his opinion on Jayden Waddle’s trade rumors, he did not shy away from criticizing Demarcus Robinson’s latest contract, ultimately bringing a pile of criticism for him.

Los Angeles Rams star Demarcus Robinson inked a lucrative one-year deal worth $5 million, solidifying his role as a wide receiver. While Robinson seems ecstatic about the contract, teammate Tyreek Hill voiced his discontent, suggesting the value doesn’t reflect Robinson’s true impact on the team.

In an X post, the Dolphins’ high-earning receiver voiced his frustration over what he considers an undervalued contract for Robinson. Hill emphasized that Robinson “deserves more” for his contributions on the field.

“My boy D-Rob been like that stop playing with him … he deserves more,” he wrote in an X post, sharing a post of Tobijspn’s contract.

Despite Hill’s critique, a closer look at the stats reveals a disparity in on-field performance. In the previous season, the Dolphins’ receiver amassed impressive numbers with 119 receptions and 1,799 yards, whereas Robinson lagged behind with 26 receptions and 371 yards.

Robinson’s new contract with the Rams marks a significant increase from his previous deal, where he earned $1,165,000 per Sportrush. This move surprised many who expected him to enter free agency, but with the deadline looming, the Rams provided him with a fresh opportunity.

Fan hilariously mock Tyreek Hill

In this regard, Tyreek Hill recently found himself at the center of some lighthearted fan banter for his claim on Robinson’s contract.

While the 29-year-old may have a different perspective on the matter, fans argue that the situation is more significant than what Robinson merits, especially considering a fan directly ridiculed him for suggesting a 4th string player deserves more.

“He like 4th string but he deserves more? lol pay him out your pocket then lol,” one comment read. 

Another fan also disagreed with Hill’s assertion regarding the value of the Rams’ player’s $5 million contract, stating that the fan himself wouldn’t be willing to offer such a sum based on his performance on the field.

“Sorry reek, no he doesn’t.  I wouldn’t pay him 5m a year ever,” another fan commented.

Among them, one fan even expressed surprise that the Rams decided to keep him, indirectly throwing a subtle jab at Hill.

“That’s crazy. They tried that man,” the fan wrote in Hill’s post.
