The Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event rocked Opus Stadium in Perth, Australia on February 24th. Excitement among fans is high as WrestleMania 40 draws closer, and this event served as the last stop before the main event.
The WrestleMania lineup, shaped by the dramatic action at Elimination Chamber 2024, promises a thrilling evening. Triple H emphasized the event’s significant influence on the path to WrestleMania, and WWE has revised its roster, ensuring matchups that will blow your mind.

Even though there wasn’t a specific match card for them, everyone was very excited because Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, and The Rock were all set to show up. Rhea Ripley, who vowed vengeance against Nia Jax after their explosive meetings, was also under the center of attention.
An exciting duel ended with Ripley capturing the Women’s World Title in front of more than 50,000 spectators, fulfilling her lifelong ambition. Becky Lynch defeated formidable opponents in the Elimination Chamber bouts, including Liv Morgan, Bianca Belair, Naomi, Tiffany Stratton, and Raquel Rodriguez. After a long and intense struggle, Lynch defeated Morgan to earn a match against Ripley at WrestleMania.
With the elimination of Randy Orton, Bobby Lashley, LA Knight, Kevin Owens, and Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre dominated the chamber for the men. Given his dominant performance, McIntyre will face Seth Rollins for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 40.
There was no major buildup to the women’s tag team title bout added to the kick-off program. In line with the Damage CTRL plotline leading up to WrestleMania, Asuka and Kairi Sane retained their belts.
Equally lacking in substance was the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship match. As predicted, Finn Bálor and Damian Priest kept their Judgment Day crew titles by defeating Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne.
WrestleMania 40 match card
The main event of the upcoming WrestleMania is expected to be a tag team bout between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes, with Seth Rollins and The Rock also competing on the first night. Whether the tag team match happens or not, the Undisputed Universal Championship match between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes is already set in stone. Adding to the excitement in the women’s division, a confirmed bout between Bayley and Io Shirai bodes well for an intriguing narrative.
A pair of additional bouts have been added into WrestleMania after WWE’s show in Perth. With his win in the Men’s Elimination Chamber, Drew McIntyre advances to challenge Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight title. Meanwhile, Rhea Ripley and Becky Lynch will face off for the WWE Women’s World Title at WrestleMania XL after Lynch won the Women’s Elimination Chamber.
