WWE Hall of Famer Michelle McCool has expressed her interest in facing Charlotte Flair in the ring, which has generated a lot of excitement among wrestling fans. Fans will be pleased to know that Flair, the Horsewoman of WWE, is currently recovering well after suffering a significant injury.
The Queen sustained the injury during a singles match against Asuka from Damage CTRL on the Tribute to the Troops edition of SmackDown on December 8. The injury happened when Flair attempted to execute her signature moonsault outside the ring.

“Yeah, that ( fans wanting a match between McCool and Flair) has been a thing for a while, which would be amazing. I mean, I would love to,” said McCool.
She highlighted how the division’s growth has made it easier for wrestlers to deliver compelling matches. McCool acknowledged stars like Liv Morgan and Alexa Bliss, which underscores the depth of talent within today’s WWE women’s division.
“Yeah, I’d do that. I mean when I go back and seriously, not just the ones I mentioned, but you know, Liv Morgan, Alexa Bliss, everybody’s so easy to work with, it’s insane. It’s like it’s easy, it wasn’t easy back then,” said McCool.
Charlotte Flair gets challenge from actress
A wrestler who appeared on the popular Netflix show “Wrestlers” has expressed a desire to face Charlotte Flair in a future match. “Wrestlers” was a behind-the-scenes look at the Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) promotion, which was once home to WWE stars such as John Cena, Randy Orton, and Batista.
One of the standout performers from the Netflix show was Hollyhood Hailey J, a 24-year-old female wrestler with a promising future. It was previously announced that Hollyhood would be given a tryout with WWE, but unfortunately, she was unable to participate due to an undisclosed medical condition.
In a recent interview with “WrestlingNews.co,” Hollyhood revealed that she was unable to take part in the WWE tryout because she hadn’t been medically cleared. She also expressed her interest in facing Charlotte Flair in the future, making it clear that she has WWE aspirations.
“I’m doing a lot more of these conventions. We’re at New England Fan Fest right now. It’s popping and I had a WWE tryout but I didn’t get to go because I wasn’t cleared medically. I am still not cleared. I’m on a doctor hunt. And Charlotte Flair. I know she’s hurt right now and so she’s taking her time. I’m taking my time and then boom, I’ll see you soon honey,” said Hailey.
