The Cleveland Browns are currently in the third position of the AFC North with a 2-2 record this season. Following the recent loss to the Baltimore Ravens and with an upcoming match against the undefeated San Francisco 49ers, their potential Super Bowl run seems uncertain.

No one knew the extent of the injury, albeit it was declared to be a small one. On Wednesday, the veteran decided to let fans have a glimpse of his facial burn by sharing several photos in an Instagram post with the caption “Legacy”. Earlier, the Browns star hit the headlines by wearing a tan fur trench coat along with a flesh-colored mask, which had covered his face aside from his eye holes. When the team’s players headed to the field to have a warm-up session, he switched the flesh-colored mask to a black one, which also covered most of his face.

Despite the Browns’ 3-28 loss to Baltimore, Njoku recorded six catches for 46 yards. Following the game, the team’s head coach, Kevin Stefanski, praised the 27-year-old for leading the team despite such a significant setback.
