About a year ago, Mercedes Mone, fka Sasha Banks walked out of WWE along with Trinity Fatu, fka Naomi. Their sudden departure from WWE shocked many fans and left us with questions. In a recent fan signing, Mone was engaged in a heated exchange with a fan regarding her walking out of WWE.
Mercedes Mone was regarded as one of the Four Horsewomen of WWE. Her epic rivalry with Charlotte Flair is still cherished by fans to this day, as she left quite a huge mark in WWE and especially in the Women’s Division.

Mercedes Mone is a huge star in NJPW. She is currently out of action due to an ankle injury, and it has been reported that she might be moving to AEW once her injury heals. It looks like Mone is finally ready to answer everyone’s question, that is what exactly caused her to walk out of WWE.

During a recent fan signing, one particular fan asked Mone directly the reason for her departure from WWE. He went on to say that he knew that she left due to creative decisions, as he read about it from a website.
Mone fired back, responding in a stern manner, “Was it?” The confrontation concluded with the NJPW star telling the fan to wait until her book and an interview regarding the matter are released. It appeared that she wasn’t entirely pleased with the fan’s line of questioning and preferred not to be rushed into revealing the story of why she parted ways with WWE.
When Mercedes Mone shared her autograph to the fan, she wasn’t going to answer any of his questions. She told the fan to “keep reading his fiction books” in a sarcastic way. The video of her confrontation with the fan has since gone viral, gaining a significant amount of attention on social media.
Mone hangs out with 3 WWE stars
Mercedes Mone formed numerous friendships during her time in WWE. Her most notable friends included Bayley, who was her former rival and had an on-and-off friendship with her, and Trinity Fatu, formerly known as Naomi. She recently posted a picture of her with Trinity and her husband Jimmy Uso, Bayley and Tamina Snuka, where Mone described them as her “favourite people in the world”.

Mercedes Mone walked out of WWE along with Trinity Fatu in 2022. Both women were Tag Team Champions during the time when they left, which made their exit all the more shocking. Mone also shares a special relationship with Bayley, as they were friends/rivals from their time in NXT. They were also part of the Four Horsewomen of WWE.
It will be interesting to see if Mercedes Mone does end up joining AEW in the near future. Chances of her resigning with WWE are highly unlikely, but we can never say never in the world of professional wrestling. Stay tuned for further updates on WWE.
