WWE has seen significant transformation in the span of just two months after coming under the TKO Group of Holdings. The changes started with the termination of hundreds of employees at once, and they recently released dozens of talents from the rosters of all three brands.
Nevertheless, in the not-too-distant future, there will be yet another significant change, as the construction of a brand-new headquarters building is drawing to a close. A journalist has uploaded some pictures to the internet, and they are of the headquarters.
Inside brand new WWE headquarters
WWE has again made headlines with the revelation of its new headquarters, which is situated in Stamford, Connecticut. Recently, some of the photos of the new facility for the Stamford-based promotion have been revealed.
An ARCG Media reporter by the name of Rob Aurelio tweeted a great deal of information regarding the new headquarters. He teased a colorful ring, a monument to Andre the Giant, and the new SnackDown café in a series of photographs that he released on social media depicting the new edifice.
The seven-foot-tall monument of the WWE Championship belt that now stands at the entrance of the headquarters was not mentioned in his tweet, which is one thing that is noticeably absent from it. At first view, it appears to be wonderful.
In a recent report, it was also revealed that when the construction of this new building is completed, WWE will sell its old headquarters.
DX’s iconic moment at Titan Towers
Back in 2006, the D-Generation X members Shawn Michaels and Triple H did something that no other superstars dared to do. They are the first WWE stars to vandalized the official headquarters of WWE, also known as Titan Towers.
After disbanding in 1999, the D-Generation X duo Shawn Michaels and Triple H reunited in 2006 and started a feud with Vince McMahon. In that storyline, Triple H and Michaels did many crazy things to cause pain to the pocket of that time Chairmen. They constantly targeted the members of the McMahon family in their promos and this led to a series of bouts.
On the August 21, 2006 episode of Raw, Shawn Michaels and Triple H vandalized WWE’s main office (known as Titan Towers) with the infamous green DX logo appearing on the building.
This promo was something that the Stamford-based promotion never did previously and this caused a lot of heat during that time as many superstars got angry over the fact of Triple H and Shawn Michaels getting such limelight. However, the fans appreciated this promo as Vince was the heel in this storyline and they enjoyed his losses more than anything during that time.
