Joe Smith, the power forward, was selected as the first overall pick by the Golden State Warriors and spent 16 years in the league. Joe moved around the league, having a combined total of twelve stints with different NBA teams before ultimately retiring in 2011.
Obviously, moving to different cities during his career could have posed a significant financial burden. Recently, Joe Smith discovered his wife Kisha Chavis’ secret online activities, and deeply disappointed, his wife strongly accused him of motivating her actions.
Joe Smith’s wife defends OnlyFans account
Joe Smith married Kisha Chavis in 2018. The wedding was televised on the reality TV show “Say Yes to Dress: Atlanta.” Though Smith was reportedly paid an estimated $61 million in his 16-year career, there are also reports of him possibly receiving only $18 million out of it. In a recent video posted on X by Sho’ Nuff, Smith was seen reacting angrily after discovering his wife owned the OnlyFans account without his knowledge.
Smith said, “I can’t believe I’m sitting here finding out you got an OnlyFans all these years. Disrespect– that you could even talk to me before you did. That’s f**ked up. I’m telling you, that’s f**cked up.”
While the 48-year-old player reacted angrily, his wife Chavis pushed the blame on him citing his carelessness as a major factor in her joining the platform for selling and buying original content.
She said, “Joe, I’ve been trying to talk to you about mad things. I’ve been asking for f**king solutions to sh*t. You’re not giving me none, so I created one… You act like that’s the only thing that I do. I got mad jobs but they’re not facilitating everything that needs to be done. So I got something extra. Onlyfans be breaking me off what the f**k.”
While Joe Smith moved around different cities, he bought homes in those cities and also owned expensive car collections which included a Corvette, Bentley, and Range Rovers. Obviously, all these assets increased the star’s expenses which possibly fueled the wife’s actions.
