While on the 49ers, Garoppolo admitted to being in a relationship with Instagram model Alexandra King. The couple dated for quite a while, with some speculations suggesting till 2020. However, things quickly turned sour when Jimmy was spotted having dinner with another model, Kiara Mia. Allegations of infidelity started surfacing online and the couple broke it off soon after.

Subsequently, Jimmy Garoppolo suffered a horrific ACL injury that rendered him unusable for the rest of the season. Alexandra King took a photo of that and attached the caption “karma”, signifying that things did not end well between the two. In fact, Kiara Mia was also accused of ruining the relationship and on-field performance of Garoppolo.
