Lionel Messi’s wife Antonela and David Beckham’s wife Victoria have both been spending time together since the former came to town. They were seen going out to dinners and other outings for quite some time. It seems David is certainly doing everything to appease both Messi and his family.
Recently, Antonela posted on her Instagram some pictures of herself. There, she tagged Victoria Beckham, which meant that the famous fashion designer had designed it for the Argentine beauty.
The dress was silky, black and consisted of a pant and a sleeveless buttoned shirt. Antonela was looking all glam and beautiful in the designer clothes. And even Messi himself thought so. He commented under the post with a smiling heart face emoji and another heart emoji.
Antonela is one of soccers’ First Ladies and it seems she may venture into the modeling and fashion business now. Victoria’s fashion label is one of the most famous in the world, and who better than her to introduce Antonela to the world of fashion.
Messi shifts focus on the field after Uruguay setback
Lionel Messi is currently on international duty with the Argentine national team for two World Cup Qualifier matches. They have already faced Uruguay in the first match, shockingly losing 2-0, their first loss since losing to Saudi Arabia in their opening World Cup match.
The first goal was scored by Ronaldo Araujo and the game was sealed by a Darwin Nunez strike. It was the first time they conceded goals, with the last time being in the World Cup final against France.
Following the loss against Uruguay, Messi and his teammates will look towards their next match against Brazil, one of their most important rivals. Both of them are South American heavyweights and for both of the teams it is an important match towards World Cup qualification, as well as a matter of honor.
It will take place tonight at the iconic Maracana stadium in Brazil, and Lionel Messi will hope to secure another win for the Albicelestes.
