Things have not been going well for the Irishman of the Judgment Day. Following his loss to Seth Rollins at SummerSlam, Finn Balor suffered yet another loss at the hands of Cody Rhodes on Monday Night RAW. After losing two matches back to back, Balor finally breaks his silence on social media with a one-word message.
Finn Balor recently lost to Seth Rollins at SummerSlam for a second time in a row. He previously faced Rollins at Money In The Bank, where an interference from Damian Priest ended up costing Balor the match. He later got another opportunity at SummerSlam, where he tried to dethrone The Visionary and become the new World Heavyweight Champion. However in the match, Priest tried to help Balor again, which ended up costing him the match a second time in a row.
Cody Rhodes defeats Finn Balor
On the latest edition of Monday Night RAW this week, Finn Balor went up against Cody Rhodes in a singles bout. During the match, Damian Priest tried to interfere to help his fellow stablemate. However, that ended up backfiring as Rhodes used Priest’s Money In The Bank briefcase to take Balor out and hit his finisher to pin him for the win. After the controversial end, The Judgment Day laid waste to Rhodes and stood tall. However, it was surprising to see Cody Rhodes using underhanded methods to win, considering that he is currently one of the biggest babyfaces in WWE.

It’s interesting to note that this is the third time that Damian Priest has cost Finn Balor a match. After Priest’s interference at Money In The Bank, tensions seemed to rise between Balor and Priest. However, things were quickly resolved and they went back to normal again. It looks like WWE is hinting at a potential rift in the stable, which might possibly lead to a Finn Balor vs Damian Priest match in the future.
Finn Balor’s message after Damian Priest’s controversial ring-side entry
There has been a lot of tension in Judgment Day recently. After a series of misunderstandings, things finally seemed to cool down for the villainous stable. However, Damian Priest’s constant interference has caused Finn Balor more damage than good. On RAW this week, Cody Rhodes used Priest’s MITB briefcase to take out Balor and win the match.
Following his loss. Balor broke the silence on Twitter with a post, where he could be seen flexing on top of Cody Rhodes, with only one word as the caption, “FLEXICUTION”. This post did not indicate any resentment toward his loss. In fact, it’s just a simple image of Balor showing off his incredible physique. As of now, we need to wait and see the aftermath of this incident and whether or not, Finn Balor ends up turning against his stablemate.
A rift in Judgment Day has been teased for a long time, and Damian Priest’s accidental interferences would probably ignite the fire soon enough. As of now, Finn Balor hasn’t spoken out on his stablemate’s mistakes.
