The First event took place in Atlanta, Georgia’s State Farm Arena on January 1, 2022. That was the first such gesture since 2007’s New Year’s Revolution, and it was a reference to the theme for the new year.

Rhea Ripley v Ivy Nile for the Women’s World Championship
Rhea Ripley will face Ivy Nile on WWE Day 1 to defend her Women’s World Championship, as announced in the most recent RAW program. Backstage, Mami spoke about how confident she was and how she was going to show Ivy what she was made of by risking her title.
Becky Lynch v Nia Jax for the first time ever
Nia Jax and Becky Lynch’s highly anticipated one-on-one bout has been building since November 2018, and it will take place at “WWE Raw: Day 1” to kick off the new year. Lynch interrupted Jax’s promo on this week’s Raw, which led to a physical brawl with Jax standing tall as the incident progressed.
Nox/Natalya v Baszler/Stark
WWE Day 1 will include a top Women’s Tag Team Championship contenders battle. Natalya & Tegan Nox will face Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark, and the winner will face Katana Chance & Kayden Carter, who defeated Piper Niven & Chelsea Green on Raw to win the Tag Team Championships.
