Aaron Rodgers was more than just a player for the Green Bay Packers during the course of his 18-year tenure. It will be appropriate to refer to him as a leader, an instructor, and perhaps a big brother. Before parting ways with the team, he imparted his athletic prowess to Jordan Love who is now qualified to fill the Packers’ vacant slot.
However, It seemed quite obvious Zach Wilson would sit out this season after the Jets acquired the former Packers legend in an April trade. The player, however, lately revealed an appealing plan for Wilson as well.
Rodgers unveils intriguing plan for Zach Wilson
Love spent practically the entirety of his career sitting behind Aaron. Now that Jordan has become the Packers’ major love, he possesses all the quarterback traits of their former starter. A-Rod wants the same thing for Zach as well; he previously stated that he wants to serve as Wilson’s mentor and help him develop into the quarterback he’s meant to be.
The 39-year-old made a suggestion that he would play for the Jets for a very long time in an interview with CBS New York’s Otis Livingston. By this time, he had also disclosed a unique strategy for the 24-year-old. The four-time MVP promised that he would hand up the starting job to Zach once he had completed his previously stated Super Bowl victory goal for the Jets. Additionally, he wanted Wilson to continue in that position for the subsequent 15 years.
“I don’t plan on this being a one-and-done. I think we’re going to be competitive here for a long time. I’d like to be able to play a few good years here, and then hand it right back off to Zack, and let him go for the next 15, and then it’d be a really special 18-20 year run of great quarterback play.”
As a former first-round pick who started his career sitting behind Brett Favre, the new Jets player would like to see Wilson get the opportunity to grow and possibly have a successful future like him.
Aaron Rodgers debuts dramatic new look
Rodgers has a strong interest in mustaches, and when playing for Green Bay, the former Super Bowl champion was frequently seen sporting one. However because the Jets “rejuvenated” his life, the starting quarterback for the Jets also “rejuvenated” his previous appearance by growing a fantastic mustache.

Anyone could wonder why the quarterback enjoys mustaches so much. Well! Earlier, when A-rod said that he used to appreciate facial hair and looked to his father as an example. Along with his father, he credited Tom Selleck and Burt Reynolds as role models for making such a choice.
“I have always been a fan of the facial hair. I’m gonna have to give a couple of people credit here. My father for the majority of my life.”
The 10-time Pro Bowler appears to be regaining his youth after his fresh start with the Jets, and his mustache is proof of that.
