Following a comprehensive investigation, an arrest warrant was issued on Thursday, prompting Ogletree to surrender himself to the Hendricks County Jail on Friday. The victim, later admitted to the hospital, asserted that Ogletree had “body slammed” her during the altercation. In his statement to the police, Ogletree claimed the victim had attempted to hit him before he pushed her to the ground.
