Otto Porter Jr. made his return to his former home for the first time since leaving in 2022. The now Toronto Raptors star received his NBA championship ring after 2 years upon his return to the Bay Area, creating a heartwarming moment for all the people present at the Chase Center.
The Warriors ace Stephen Curry did the honors of delivering the championship ring, which was delayed by almost two years, to his former teammate. The Warriors showed true care for Otto, as they did not send the ring to him by mail as many other franchises do. They made sure to create a special moment for their former teammate by presenting him with the honor at Chase Center.
Otto Porter Jr. didn’t seem much bothered by the delay of the championship ring; instead, he had a big grin the entire time. Steph walked to the middle of the arena to present him with his rightful honor, and the whole crowd at the Chase Center cheered on as the wholesome moment happened.

Otto Porter Jr. was an invaluable asset for the Golden State Warriors in their 2021-22 championship run. He proved to be a player who could do anything that was asked of him. Playing 31 games for the Dubs, he averaged 8.2 points,1.5 assists, and 4.9 rebounds which is a respectable stat.
Otto has been always applauded for his ability to adapt to his surroundings and the requirements of the team. He was versatile and did not complain when he was tasked to play new roles. He had become a crucial player for the Dubs during his stay there and was an important factor that made their championship run successful and less difficult. However, Otto became a free agent and signed a deal with the Raptors before he could get his honor at Chase Center.
