Current champion Valkyria has held her own against formidable opponents in her title defense, but Bayley sees a chance for a shocking comeback in the Royal Rumble match. To everyone’s surprise, she said that if AJ Lee came back, she might let the previous Divas Champion beat her. The 34-year-old former champion said, “In an interview I just had, they brought up AJ Lee since CM Punk is here. I wouldn’t mind that. I might let her throw me over the top rope if she came back. That’s how much I respect her.”
Questioned about who she would want to see in the Women’s Rumble, Bayley said during her interview on Gabby AF, “Whoever wants to do a surprise entrance, just get ready to get thrown out by me. Mickie James is always awesome, I would love to see her again. Her music hits hard.”
