After acquiring Brown from the Tennesse Titans in exchange for a 2022 first-round pick and 2022 third-round pick, the Eagles didn’t take long to enroll him in Philadelphia for a longer tenure. The team agreed to sign the veteran to a four-year, $100 million contract extension, with a $23.234 million signing bonus, which would begin in 2023 and run through 2026. With an average annual salary of $25 million, the deal included $39.999 million in full guarantees and $57.220 million in total guarantees.
Besides that, the receiver is set to receive a prorated bonus of $6,728,800 every season till 2026, along with a per game roster bonus of $510,000 and a $240,000 workout bonus. In 2022, he got $986,000 in base salary, and in 2023, the amount would be $1,080,000. Meanwhile, the deal carries $8,318,894 in cap hit and $34,462,200 in dead cap value this year, as per Spotrac.
