In a post-game interview, Lazard player surprisingly compared the four-time Super Bowl winner’s entrance to Batman as he landed in the Jets facility when the team desperately needed it.
“He just came into the team room like Batman, honestly. And it was just kind of a Hollywood-esque moment of just like Aaron Rodgers, you know, appearing. Walking. I thought he was about to fly, honestly.”
The Jets player later revealed that apart from that another factor contributed to their strong performance : Aaron’s suggestion to boost their team spirit and having trust in each other.
“But, yeah, like Zach and Randall [Cobb] said, it was just all about sticking together, believing in each other. There’s gonna be rough times throughout the game, throughout the season. But just always have each other’s back, and to believe.”
