Adam Pearce threatens Nia Jax of severe punishment after vicious punch at WWE RAW

Adam Pearce joined the Stamford-based company in May 2015 as a trainer at the WWE Performance Center and producer for the NXT brand. He is the current general manager of Monday Night RAW, which he was appointed to on October 13, 2023.

In the recent episode of RAW, Nia Jax attacked Rhea Ripley. Pearce tried to control the situation at first but Jax accidentally attacked the GM after Ripley pushed her. Adam Pearce took to social media and threatened Nia Jax with severe punishment after a vicious punch at WWE RAW.

Why did Nia Jax hit Adam Pearce?

This week, on Monday Night RAW, Rhea Ripley met with the General Manager of Red Brand and demanded to have a match with Nia Jax at the Elimination Chamber: Perth. Jax later made her way into the ring and started attacking Ripley. Pearce, who was with both female wrestlers tried to pacify the situation but got injured instead after Nia punched him off the ring.

After Adam brought security to control the situation, ‘The Irresistible Force’ instead attacked the security and hit her Annihilator finisher, the Women’s World Champion. Rhea, who once dominated the women’s division, was laid bare by Jax and this left fans stunned. And this is not the first time, as she even bloodied ‘The Man’ Becky Lynch during their match on Raw.

Nia Jax is not the only wrestler to ever attack Adam Pearce, as back in October 2021, the ‘Beast Incarnate’ Brock Lesnar attacked Adam, who decided to suspend him from the company. On the October 22, 2021 episode of the Blue Brand, Pearce suspended Brock indefinitely and this caused the Beast to go on a rampage.

Brock Lesnar came to the stage and attacked Adam Pearce with two F-5s as the WWE official tried to suspend him from the job. Although Pearce was forced to make a decision by the higher-ups in WWE, Brock attacked referees and damaged the company properties, which made them decide to get rid of the master of Suplex City.

What punishment will Nia Jax receive?

WWE has been going through a lot of changes at the current time. With Vince McMahon’s lawsuit, WWE officials are going through a power mode period. Current SmackDown GM Nick Aldis has been showing his brand’s wrestlers who is the boss and what they should do when they are told or they will face the consequences.

Adam Pearce might have to up his game so that he can face his rival from the SmackDown. Not so long ago, Drew McIntyre faced punishment from Pearce, who fined him for an attack on ‘The Architect’ Seth Rollins on RAW.

Nia Jax might be Adam’s next target for his power play. Although he was attacked by the wrestler accidentally, it still gives him the right to punish Jax however he sees fit; he may find her like McIntyre, or he might even force her into a handicap match for revenge. All decisions lie on his shoulders and nothing can stop him from doing what he sees fit.
