After Damian Priest’s actions lead to brutal bashing at WWE Raw, JD McDonagh sends 5-word message

WWE superstar JD McDonagh has been trying to get on the good side of The Judgement Day for quite some time now. It has even been rumoured that he might even join The Judgement Day at one point. Although Finn Balor is pretty friendly with him, the other members of the stable are not so keen in letting him in their group. And on the latest edition of Monday Night RAW, Damian Priest made that pretty clear.

JD McDonagh was moved to the main roster as a part of this year’s Supplemental Draft. He made a violent debut on Monday Night RAW by attacking Dolph Ziggler. The 33-year-old was often seen backstage with his fellow Irishman and real-life mentor, Finn Balor. When tensions between Balor and Priest were at an all-time high, Balor could be seen hanging out with McDonagh for the majority of the time, rather than the Judgement Day. This even raised a few speculations that the 32-year-old Irishman may actually replace Damian Priest at some point.

JD McDonagh sends a cryptic message to Damian Priest

In the past few weeks, JD McDonagh has been trying to get on good terms with Judgement Day by taking care of their problems. He even attacked Sami Zayn and helped them beat down Cody Rhodes. For several weeks, he has been trying his best to make an impact. Although he does receive some support from Finn Balor, the rest of the group isn’t very fond of him.

On Monday Night RAW this week, Damian Priest was set to take on Tag Team Champion Sami Zayn in a singles match. During the match however, McDonagh caused a distraction which ended up costing Zayn the match. He then pr0ceeded to raise Priest’s hand to celebrate his victory. However, after picking up the win, The Archer of Infamy showed his gratitude to the Irishman by shoving him away and telling him to stay away from his business. JD McDonagh on the other hand, took to social media to send a message to Damian Priest, saying that he was welcome for the assist.

JD McDonagh beaten by tag-team champs

After JD McDonagh helped Damian Priest defeat Sami Zayn, The Archer of Infamy returned the favour by shoving down McDonagh and telling him to stay away from his business. The Tag Team Champs then proceeded to beat down McDonagh in the middle of the ring as Priest watched on from the ringside.

While McDonagh continues to help The Judgement Day with their problems, it doesn’t look like they will repay the favour anytime soon. However, the whole drama draws quite some similarities to the whole Bloodline storyline, which Sami Zayn was a part of earlier this year.

The Irish wrestler trying his ultimate best to help The Judgement Day with their match reminded some fans of the time that Sami Zayn devoted himself to help The Bloodline win. Despite the similarities, it looks like JD McDonagh might actually end up causing a rift in The Judgement Day as well.
