Lando Norris is by far the strongest of the young drivers present on the Formula 1 grid. He has been doing exceptionally well for McLaren; he has six podiums under his belt, making him the young driver to look out for. Lando has recently been in the news for following Red Bull Racing on Instagram.
The 23-year-old performed exceptionally well at the Silverstone GP last weekend, which caught the eye of Red Bull. In addition, Lando has been praised by the championship leaders, making his Silverstone performance a little more special.
McLaren’s star Norris linked to Red Bull
Helmut Marko, following the British Grand Prix last weekend, admitted that Norris would make a great fit at Red Bull, which has sent a wave of speculation about a potential Red Bull seat through the Internet and the F1 community.
Lando Norris has great potential, and there is no doubt to it that he would make an amazing pair with Max Verstappen as it is no secret that they are really good friends. However, McLaren Racing CEO Zac Brown stresses that Norris has no exit clause in his contract, preventing him from jumping onto any other ship.

1996 F1 world champion Damon Hill believes North should be considered by Red Bull as Perez has been underperforming. “I think he’s already under pressure,” Hill told the Independent ahead of the British GP.
“They cannot afford to have a car that good and not have two cars right up there for the championship,” he added further while referring the Sergio Perez.
Sergio Perez makes shocking claim
Sergio Perez, Red Bull’s current second driver had this to say in a recent interview about his performances.
“In Formula 1, only your position in Abu Dhabi [the season finale] matters,” he told AS.
“But I am not second in the world championship by a miracle, I have won races. I’ve had some bad races, but we have everything ahead of us.
“Target now? Undoubtedly the runner-up in the championship. But I’m only thinking about the Hungarian GP.”
Making these statements it is clear that Perez has accepted to only compete for the second position in the championship leaving first for the Dutchman.
