After wanting to be a heel in WWE, Logan Paul proposes tag-team proposal with Dominik Mysterio to be the “most hated duo”

Within just one year Logan Paul aka Maverick has become a full-fledged pro wrestling athlete in WWE. He has become a major star in the main roster of WWE. He has achieved several feats since his debut at WrestleMania 38.

However, Logan Paul has switched his in-ring role in the process of defeating Ricochet at SummerSlam. Maverick conducted the forbidden act of punching with brass knuckles for winning the match. That being said, He has been recently appreciating Dominik Mysterio aka Dirty Dom for being a prominent heel in WWE. He also expressed his wish to form a notorious tag team with Dominik in a recent podcast.

Logan Paul proposes WWE tag-team partnership with Dominik Mysterio

Logan Paul might be a newcomer in WWE. However, whenever he steps inside the ring, Paul shuts up his critics effortlessly. It’s fascinating to even know how far the YouTuber has come in the pro wrestling industry. Earlier, he was seen as just a special attraction on the card. But he’s now looking to go deep into this industry.

Logan Paul

That being said, Logan Paul recently made an interesting pitch. While speaking on his “IMPAULSIVE” podcast, The Maverick revealed that he once proposed an idea of seeing him joining forces with Dominik Mysterio. Indicating the massive hate Dominik’s been getting recently, Paul said his pairing with Dom would make the most hated tag team in WWE. “I had a crazy idea recently for Dom, Logan Paul, and Dominik Mysterio’s tag team. The most hated duo of all time.”

The Maverick also highlighted a similar story arc they both had, with both making their WrestleMania debut on the same night last year at WrestleMania 38. Logan seemed very confident about making this thing work and it could also surpass the ongoing romantic saga between Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley.

“running through ’cause we have a story arc too. We both did our first ‘Mania together. I’m sure I could fit my way in there. Who cares (third wheeling — Dom/Rhea)? And honestly, I don’t know, me and Dom, maybe we could go further than him and Rhea.” said Logan on IMPAULSIVE.

Well, it’s just a vision of Logan Paul for his WWE run. There’s no word on whether WWE would eventually get along with it.

Logan Paul told Stephen A. Smith he wants to play Heel in WWE

Logan Paul says he could have been the face of WWE if he ever wanted to, in an interview last week. The Youtuber turned pro wrestler has been a part-time star in WWE since he made his in-ring debut last year. He has performed at multiple live events within just one year. Logan has made a name for himself as a heel by defeating Ricochet unfairly using a brass knuckle, it might be the beginning of his villain arc in WWE.

Recently, while talking with Stephen A. Smith on “The Stephen A. Smith Show”, The Maverick was questioned by Stephen to explain what he thinks is his goal as a superstar in WWE.

“I love this question because that’s where my head is at,” Paul said. “That’s where my head always goes when I enter any new vertical. I’m not here to take part, I’m here to take over. It’s my DNA, it’s how I’m wired. I was the last superstar that Vince McMahon signed. After my first match, he came to me backstage, and he said, ‘Your future is here.’ I understand the weight of those words coming from him. So to be honest with you, if I wanted to be the face of the WWE and if I wanted to give this industry my all, I could. I know I could. It’s just a decision I have to make. It’s a flip I have to switch.”
