Amanda Serrano Crowned Women’s Fighter of the Year in a Spectacular Season

Amanda Serrano has been one of the most dominant women’s division fighters, ruling four weight classes at once. Hailing from Puerto Rico, after losing only once in her career in 2012, it’s been more than a decade now since her second loss against Katie Taylor in England, which has halted her winning streak journey.

So far, with 46 wins, 30 by knockouts, only Serrano has aced such a feat in women’s boxing, which was never achieved before. Amanda Serrano now holds the world record for winning the championship in the four-weight division.

And now “The Real Deal” is getting rewarded for her hard work. After having a bad phase in the year 2022 when Amanda Serrano lost the match against Katie Taylor by just a margin AS judges gave a split decision in favor of Katie, within 5 months, the 36-year-old got back on the same winning track. Amanda has been consistent with her dominance and all the victories she got via unanimous decision after losing to Taylor.

The biggest supporter of Amanda Serrano came forward as soon as she received the award. Amanda recently gave credit to Jake Paul for maintaining constant support for her. Paul has been found featuring at the same fight night, or he is either standing by “The Real Deal” weigh-in. As Serrano won the Women Fighter of the Year award for 2023, Paul retweeted the Sports Illustrated’s post on his Twitter handle.
