Ashley Massaro’s daughter, Alexa, took to social media and responded to Cara Pipia’s statement regarding her mother’s life. Alexa added, “Cara Pipia wasnt even a friend of my mother when she passed. She was an ex best friend who, since her passing, has just spam messaged me unsettling or delirious messages and has fabricated bizarre messages etc”.
Alexa has exposed Pipia as a liar and a harasser and revealed that Pipia was not even a friend of her mother when she passed away, but an ex-friend who had been sending her and her grandmother disturbing and mean messages.
Ashley Massaro was a former WWE star who tragically committed suicide in 2019. She had accused WWE of covering up a sexual assault that she suffered during a tour in Kuwait in 2006. Alexa’s tweets have sparked a lot of reactions from the fans and the media, who have expressed their support and sympathy for her.
Stephanie McMahon receives negativity due to alleged knowledge of Ashley Massaro situation
The statement from Ashley Massaro pointed out that the WWE knew about the assault and threatened her to keep quiet. She also said that Stephanie McMahon, the daughter of Vince McMahon, was aware of the situation and did nothing to help Ashley.
In the Wrestling Observer Podcast, Dave Meltzer revealed that Stephanie has started to receive some heat from the WWE Universe after the statement from Ashley Massaro. He said, “I think there was a feeling among some people that Vince is a bad guy, and John Laurinaitis as well, and we can’t defend them and they’re gone. And Stephanie’s gone as well but there was not that negativity whatsoever for Stephanie.
Meltzer also said, “Stephanie was the one who lost the power play to the evil Vince. But this is the one where you look at it and you go there’s not a defence of Stephanie either. I know that hit some people really hard because they had nothing negative about Stephanie but this is the one where you go, ‘How do you defend this one?'”
Meltzer also confirmed that he talked with some WWE talents in the backstage area, but they did not deny this allegation of Vince. He also said that Stephanie McMahon’s conversation with Massaro was true and she really tried to cover up this scene.
