Buffalo Bills fan Daniel Ricciardo finds himself in sticky situation thanks to $20,000,000 agreement

Despite being a full-time dedicated Formula One driver, Daniel Ricciardo has developed a strong affinity for the renowned NFL team, the Buffalo Bills. This fondness is initiated by attending the matches of his best friend, Josh Allen.

However, Ricciardo finds himself in a great dilemma as he is scheduled to attend the rebranding of his Alpha Tauri team during the Super Bowl, which features a clash between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills.

On Thursday, February 8th, Alpha Tauri will face the rebranding of itself, which will now be transformed into Visa Cash App RB. The Red Bull sister team, which will be rebranded twice as of now, is planning to start afresh with its legendary drivers, Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda. The launching event so far looks promising, with posh arrangements made in Las Vegas for a Super Bowl event. The spectators are anticipated to witness such greatness when two sports integrate for a grand event, all at once.

Visa has signed a new multi-year agreement, becoming the global partner of the Red Bull team as well. Both the team’s cars will also have their logo along with the F1 Academy team, in which they will have an entry. Peter Bayer, the CEO of the Vis Cash App RB team, stated, “It’s fantastic to reveal the new identity and to welcome new partners as we embark on the next phase of the team’s Formula 1 story.”

However, unfortunately, the Australian driver, who has to visit the Super Bowl event for the inauguration, might have to witness the Chiefs vs. 49ers match. It will definitely be the most stressful game given that the Chiefs have previously defeated the Bills by 27-24.

Ricciardo does not have the opportunity to not attend the launching event as the agreement is already sealed and worth $20,000,000. This puts him in an ordeal situation with choosing between his favorite team and the more dominant one.

Ricciardo’s special bond with Bills star Josh Allen

Everyone is drawn to Daniel Ricciard’s personality due to his bubbly personality and, most importantly, his signature smile. However, the Australian driver has revealed that his best friend is none other than Josh Allen.

The duo has developed into great friends over the years since they first met in 2019. Their journey started with Jos recalling that while he attended the Monaco Grand Prix, he encountered Rcciardo’s agent, who revealed that he owned a jersey of the Buffalo Bills. 

Josh started talking with the 34-year-old and instantly clicked, and they have been cherishing their friendship for several years now. Additionally, according to Josh, their friendship was also initiated due to both of their managers being best friends. They have revealed the closeness of their bond and are willing to keep this friendship forever.
