Travis Kelce files for multiple trademarks
Amidst enjoying a highly secured off-field life with a lucrative Chiefs deal and partnering with an F1 team along with Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce appears compelled to generate a bigger impression of himself than before.
Per records from the United States Patent and Trademark Office, he just submitted five different trademark applications, including Travis Kelce, Flight 87, Alright Nah, KillaTrav, and Kelce’s Krunch.
The filings were all conducted on Monday in Travis’ native Ohio, according to People.com. He will be authorized to utilize the names on a wide range of products, such as bobbleheads, pins, jerseys, and more, due to these trademarks.
This will undoubtedly increase Kelce’s fan base even further, as his jersey has grown into one of the best-selling in the NFL as a result of his ongoing association with the pop star. Even a famous F1 driver was also recently spotted, donning the two-time Super Bowl winner’s jersey in the airport.
Shannon Sharpe unleashes critique on Travis
During the Chiefs awful defeat at the hand of the Broncos in their last matchup, their whole offense was spotted playing terribly, losing their rhythm and making consecutive mistakes. Even their star quarterback Mahomes ended the game without scoring a single touchdown, the first time in the season. Like Mahomes, the 34-year-old tight end also failed to shine, hence his performance got a shot from the NFL analyst Shannon Sharpe during his appearance on his “The Nightcap” podcast with another former NFL player Chad Johnson.
The Chiefs met the worst night of the NFL this season in Week 8 when they were pocketed by the Broncos’ defense so easily, leaving the field with adding just 9 points on the scoreboard.
“We know the only receiver [Patrick Mahomes] can consistently count on is Travis Kelce, and he didn’t have his best day.”
The thing that irritated mostly the Pro Football Hall of Famer was the Chiefs player’s presence at the Rangers’ 6-5 win over the Diamondbacks on Fridays.
“And I’m kind of disappointed because, Friday night he was at the Rangers game.”
He went on to detail that in the middle of the season, it was nothing but a foolish and irresponsible act to fly Texas from Kansas City to find a source of entertainment for him.
“It was in Texas. He lives in Kansas City. It’s an awful look. It’s a terrible look.”
In total, Travis Kelce tallied just 6-of-9 targets for 58 yards during their losing night to the Broncos.
