Chiefs vs Jets Injury report for NFL Week 4 game

Following a Super Bowl-winning season, the Kansas City Chiefs had a disappointing start that broke the hearts of their fans. However, the KC team quickly regained their former destructive form, securing back-to-back victories and improving to 2-1.

Now the Chiefs are looking forward to letting Zach Wilson powered-New York Jets to showcase their dazzling power on both sides of the bowl. However, before the high-voltage matchup, let’s find out which players from both teams will be sidelined for the entire match and who will see limited action.

Chiefs injury report ahead of their NFL week 4 game vs. Jets

Prior to their “Sunday Night Football” game against the Jets at 7:20 p.m. Arrowhead Time, Patrick Mahomes & Co released an official injury report. The Kansas City team included the names of 14 players on the list, with only linebacker Nick Bolton (ankle) and cornerback Jaylen Watson (shoulder) ruled out for their next game.

In place of Bolton, Drue Tranquill will likely play, and Nic Jones could take Watson’s position. Chris Jones (groin) and Kadarius Toney (toe) were both seen playing with some restrictions during Chiefs practice. Although Noah Gray’s ailment was explicitly disclosed, he merely took part in the team’s final practice.

Donovan Smith (Rib), Isiah Pacheco (Abdomen), Justin Watson (Ankle), Patrick Mahomes (Ankle), Willie Gay (Quad), Nic Jones (Hand), L’Jarius Sneed (Knee), Mike Edwards (Bicep) and Bryan Cook ( Elbow) were also mentioned on the list, but they all fully participated in all of the Chiefs’ practice sessions. Reportedly, Noah Gray, Chris Jones, and Kadarius Toney are all expected to be in the lineup against the Jets. The status of the remaining players is still yet to be made public.

Jets injury report ahead of their NFL week 4 game vs. Chiefs

The Jets’ injury report includes only 6 players from the squad, with only their guard Wes Schweitzer (Concussion) and defensive tackle Tony Adams (Hamstring) set to miss their Week 4 game. Both players were absent from all of the Jets’ practice sessions leading up to their battle against the Chiefs.

Mekhi Becton and Breece Hall both missed the first two practice sessions due to a knee injury but joined the last one. Micheal Clemons (Elbow) and Greg Zuerlein (R Groin) both participated in all of the team’s practice sessions despite their injuries. However, the Jets have not yet revealed the status of Becton, Hall, Clemons, and Zuerlein.
