Cody Rhodes provides definitive answer to fan question on AEW All In

WWE superstar Cody Rhodes is without a doubt a huge sensation in the world of professional wrestling as of now. Fresh off his victory over Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam, Rhodes has also been visiting the venue for next year’s WrestleMania. In a recent Reddit QnA, Rhodes was asked about his former promotion, AEW’s All In PPV, to which he provided a definitive answer.

AEW’s upcoming PPV, All In is all set to take place this Sunday, August 27 at the Wembley Stadium in front of over 80,000 fans. It is set to feature the ‘Day One’ stars such as The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega and “Hangman” Adam Page. However, one of the ‘Day One’ stars is missing from the event, and that is none other than Cody Rhodes. The American Nightmare was a former AEW Executive Vice President and a performer. Following his departure from AEW, Rhodes returned to where he started, i.e. WWE in 2022.

Cody Rhodes responds to fan’s AEW question

Cody Rhodes is also pretty active on social media. In a recent Reddit Ask me Anything, The American Nightmare was asked if he would show up for AEW’s All In PPV this Sunday. Rhodes replied that although he would be working that day and would not be able to at least see the event live, he congratulated his former partners, The Young Bucks for taking their creation to a ‘next level’.

“I will be working that day, but I am very happy for the guys and girls competing out there. I am proud of Matt/Nick for taking our creation to another level. Also shout out to my sister, Teil, who named the event and Joe Koff at ROH for helping us and allowing us the chance to do it ourselves”, wrote Cody Rhodes as a response to the fan’s question.

After Cody Rhodes made his return to WWE in 2022 at WrestleMania, he went on to have some spectacular rivalries with top superstars such as Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. He also won the 2023 Men’s Royal Rumble and went on to headline WrestleMania this year. He has become one of WWE’s top superstars ever since rejoining the company last year.

Rhodes revealed watching AEW Revolution on pirated stream

In a recent interview with Good Karma Wrestling, Cody Rhodes admitted that instead of paying to watch AEW’s Revolution PPV, he watched it on a pirated stream. It’s not common for many celebrities or superstars to proudly admit to pirating movies or TV shows, as it is mostly considered illegal. However, it’s pretty popular among people who either can’t afford to pay for the streaming services, or people who simply don’t want to.

In the interview, The American Nightmare said that he wasn’t going to reveal who exactly sent him the link for the pirated version of the PPV. He also said that he should have figured out a way to watch it officially, but he really wanted to watch the match between Ricky Starks and Chris Jericho. Cody Rhodes praised their match and said that he is proud of Ricky’s performance. Although Rhodes watched and enjoyed other matches on the card as well, it wasn’t without many troubles. He also talked about how he had to ‘fight’ against the endless pop-up ads, which are common while watching a pirated version of a show.
AEW’s next PPV, All In is set to take place on this Sunday, August 27. Although he won’t be making a live appearance, we can only hope that Cody Rhodes doesn’t have to ‘fight’ against another endless army of pop-ups while watching the event. Stay tuned for further updates on The American Nightmare of WWE.
