Conor McGregor vs Islam Makhachev fight very much a possibility

Even though Conor McGregor has been out for two months due to injury, a potential bout between McGregor and Islam Makhachev is highly anticipated. Makhchev, being the prodigy of Khabib Nurmagomedov adds an extra layer of story to the fight.

Recently, UFC lightweight Trey Ogden cited his interest in wanting to see the fight between Mahachev and McGregor. Ogden feels that Makhachev is very beatable and could provide a beautiful storyline for the UFC as the continuation of the McGregor-Nurmagomedov rivalry.
