Deion Sanders Jr. vows to “get up” after getting “ass whooped” in father’s humiliation

Deion Sanders Sr. joined the Corolado Buffaloes this season, giving his youngest son Shedeur Sanders the starting job and his eldest son Deion Sanders Jr. additional responsibilities in order to render his new coaching career with the Buffaloes a noteworthy one. The father-son Deion-Shedeur tandem shifted the Buffaloes squad’s direction and ended their losing streak in just three games of the season.

The Buffaloes team suffered their first loss of the season in their most recent game. Deion Sanders Jr. did not participate in on-field action, but after the team’s defeat, he gained attention for his fiery post.

After three incredible victories in a row, the Buffaloes team had to take a beating against the No. 10 Oregon Ducks, which was Deion Sanders’ first loss since taking over as the team’s head coach. As the Buffaloes took the field on this particular evening without their dual-threat player Travis Hunter, it was predicted that the game would not be a cakewalk for them.

Hunter, a key weapon for Deion Sanders, is out due to a lacerated liver he sustained in a game against the Colorado State Rams. Without him, it seemed as though Shedeuur was also under a lot of strain and was unable to play at his highest level to secure the victory, ultimately losing 42-6.

Deion Sanders Jr. tweeted a loud message after the game informing the supporters that one defeat cannot demoralize them and suggested that they should view Buffalo’s failure as a challenge.

“We got our ass whooped… Good stuff Oregon. We’ll NEVER let a loss make us forget who we are. We still gone turn up & we still gone do it our way.”

Deion’s eldest son also threw challenges to the critics and uttered that they would bounce back with a victory soon.

“So rejoice & take advantage of us while we in this position – I expect nothing less. Just Remember,  We gone get up.”

The Buffaloes team received support from the team fans as they expressed their allegiance to the team despite the defeat and voiced their high hopes for a comeback in their upcoming game.

Deion Sanders Jr.’s post-retirement career

Deion Sanders Jr. was headed into following his father’s footsteps, much like Shedeur. The 29-year-old played wide receiver for the SMU Mustangs for two seasons. He recorded 233 yards and 30 receptions in his first two seasons before deciding he was no longer interested in playing football and hung up his cleats.

The eldest Deion subsequently selected a different career choice and formed his own streetwear apparel line called “Well Off Forever” in 2016.
