Despite taking a brutal beating from John Cena, Jey Uso, Cody Rhodes, and LA Knight, WWE star delivers a blunt response ahead of Fastlane

On the latest episode of WWE SmackDown, John Cena, LA Knight, Cody Rhodes, and Jey Uso performed a spectacular feat by taking down the Bloodline faction and the Judgment Day faction alliance. Ahead of their Fastlane matches, The Bloodline and Judgment Day allied to harm the duo of the leader, Cenation, and The Megastar.

However, their efforts to ally went in vain as Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso made an entrance to the ring, and the duo helped Cena and Knight.

JD McDonagh’s reaction after brutal beatdown ahead of WWE Fastlane

The Bloodline and Judgment Day formed a temporary alliance on the latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown, but their strength could not overcome the combined forces of John Cena, LA Knight, Cody Rhodes, and Jey Uso.

LA Knight challenged Jimmy Uso in a match due to the interruption he faced while talking in the opening of the show. The advisor of The Bloodline faction Paul Heyman advised Jimmy Uso to reject the challenge, but Jimmy accepted it without heeding Paul’s advice.

When it was time for the match, both stars made an entry into the arena. But after their entry, Judgment Day made an appearance with JD McDonagh. After that, Paul Heyman shook hands with Judgment Day’s Rhea Ripley and announced an alliance. During that time, John Cena and LA Knight were inside the rings. As both Cena and Knight saw six opponents in front of them, two allies came to their rescue: Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso. After that, a brawl broke out inside the ring and it was a fiasco. However, despite having several disadvantages, four wrestlers took out the combined faction of The Bloodline and Judgment Day.

The wrestler who got the most beating from them was NXT star JD McDonagh. Reacting to this moment, the Irish wrestler tweeted on Twitter. JD McDonagh wrote: “Say what you want, but it took all four of them. 🤷🏻‍♂️”

Details on John Cena, Jey Uso, Cody Rhodes, and LA Knight’s matchup at WWE Fastlane

The upcoming WWE Fastlane event will have some big tag team matches. One will be a title match and another will be a redemption match. John Cena and LA Knight will take on The Bloodline members Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa. On the other hand, Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso are going to fight against Judgment Day members Finn Balor and Damian Priest for the tag team titles.

The Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso vs. Finn Balor and Damian Priest match was announced on the last episode of Monday Night Raw by WWE official Adam Pearce. This all happened because Judgment Day was assaulting Jey. After all, Jey Uso flirted with Rhea Ripley in the ring. While the former Bloodline member was getting beaten, The American Nightmare came to the rescue. Thus, a match was announced for Fastlane between them to settle their dispute in a match and luckily, they also got a title shot as both Balor and Priest are the current tag team champions.

On the other hand, Cena and Knight teaming up was not supposed to happen if AJ Styles was not injured by Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso. It was the contract signing day of a tag team match against the Bloodline duo and Styles was supposed to be John Cena’s partner. As Styles was injured, Knight joined hands with Cena last week on SmackDown. They are going to settle the score with Solo and Jimmy at Fastlane.
