Harden’s connection with the Houston Dynamo goes back to his time with the Houston Rockets. In the summer of 2019, he agreed to own a minority stake in the club, which had been playing in Houston since 2006. Since moving from San Jose in 2006, the Dynamo has won the MLS Cup twice, has participated in two Open Cup finals and are valued at $435,000,000 currently. Even though Harden has moved on from his Houston days, he still maintains strong ties to the area through his support for soccer.
