The veteran was immortalized as he joined the illustrious ranks of the NC State Athletic Hall of Fame in a glittering ceremony at Reynolds Coliseum. Surrounded by fellow inductees, including Olympic gold medalist Cullen Jones, his legacy was celebrated in front of a sold-out audience.

Bradley Chubb’s journey with the NC State
Bradley Chubb arrived at North Carolina State University in 2013, and embarked on a path that would solidify his place in Wolfpack history. Despite limited opportunities in his freshman year, he remained steadfast in his commitment to improvement and hard work.
By his junior year, the young star had emerged as a key contributor on the field. He finished in the third spot in the Atlantic Coast Conference in tackles for loss. However, it was in his senior season that Chubb truly etched his name into NC State football history. The footballer surpassed legendary figures like Mario Williams to become the Wolfpack’s all-time sack leader. His two and a half sacks also secured his place in the record books.
Bradley Chubb’s dominance on the field was unparalleled throughout the season. He recorded ten sacks and an impressive 23 tackles for loss. These stellar performances garnered widespread recognition, culminating in a slew of postseason accolades, including ACC Defensive Player of the Year and first-team All-America honors. He also became the first player in NC State history to win both the Bronko Nagurski Trophy and the Ted Hendricks Award.
