Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill faces brutal roasting from NFL Community after humbling experience against Chiefs: “Tough one today”

The Kansas City Chiefs star receiver Tyreek Hill’s bonding as Patrick Mahomes’ weapon came to an end as the Chiefs shipped their vet player to the Miami Dolphins. The move was obviously a frustrating one for Hills, as he missed clinching his first Super Bowl due to the trade.

As the Dolphins confronted the Chiefs for the first time after his trade, the receiver was in fierce eyes to take revenge by blowing out the Chiefs. However, the Chiefs completely outclassed him, bringing in a ton of criticism from his supporters.

Tyreek Hill goes public after losing to Chiefs

The Dolphins stepped into the field to encounter his ex-team, boasting the NFL’s best offense, averaging 33.9 points per game, per the Daily Mail. Sitting at 6-2, Tyreek Hill and Co. were very hopeful for a bounce-back performance after losing in the previous contest.

Week 9 also failed to bring back their legacy but rather added another trauma for their second-year receiver, who was dreaming of outrunning the Chiefs for their distrust over him. Nonetheless,  Tyreek showcased his cold side for his former team, mentioning them as a “good opponent” in an X post, posted by him following the 21-14 loss to the Chiefs, while Patrick Mhaomes was enjoying a jersey swap event.

The player also did not forget to challenge the Chiefs to beat them in the upcoming contests.

“Tough one today against a good opponent, but we will see them again,” he wrote on X.

The Dolphins receiver caught eight of his team-high ten targets for 62 yards and one fumble recovery against the fourth-ranked Chiefs. He also ran once for three yards.

Tyreek Hill receives brutal roasting from NFL fans

Tyreek Hill’s squad had not managed to secure victory against a team boasting a winning record, and they suffered a pair of harrowing defeats at the hands of the Buffalo Bills and the Philadelphia Eagles. Consequently, his audacious proclamation of triumphing over the Chiefs in the forthcoming season seemed like a reverie to a devoted Chiefs enthusiast, who graciously extended an invitation for Hill to once more cross swords with them in the upcoming campaign.

“You want see us again till next year cus your team will be a first round exit vs good teams,” the Chief’s fan’s sly jab at their former player.

Cheetah found himself expelled from the Oklahoma State football team before donning the Chiefs’ jersey, following his arrest and allegations of domestic abuse. During that time, the athlete displayed an air of arrogance regarding his collegiate choices, but eventually, he was compelled to acknowledge his transgressions rather than being able to establish his innocence. According to an avid fan, this pattern may well become a recurring theme.

“Your revenge game went a lot like your court case in Oklahoma.”

During Week 9, the team’s quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa, the head coach’s apple of eyes, threw a pass to Hill behind the line of scrimmage. Yet Tyreek Hill fumbled the ball, while the Chiefs safety Mike Edwards took the opportunity and recovered it, letting him recall his footing on the field and keeping his mouth off for this disastrous performance.

“Brother, don’t mouth off if you’re going to fumble and let them get a defensive score,” one comment read.

Whatever the case is,  the Dolphins must bounce back in week 10 against the Las Vegas Raiders to get rid of extending the losing streak.
