Trump is well-known for his ties to the wrestling industry; he is a huge fan and has been involved in many WWE storylines, including Vince McMahon’s legendary “Battle of the Billionaires” rivalry from 2007. Trump recently made a speech in which he hinted at developing real connections in the sports world, naming Kane and Undertaker as two of his notable pals.

A video of Hall of Famer and former US President Donald Trump’s address has gone viral on Twitter. Trump paused his speech to pay tribute to WWE great and friend Glenn Jacobs, better known as Kane.
Even famous people take notice of Kane and The Undertaker, who are idolized by their followers. A lot of people in the wrestling industry were very taken aback when Trump mentioned Kane and The Undertaker in his recent address in Iowa.
During his address, Trump lavished them with praise while making a lighthearted comparison to his own weight. Trump freely expressed his admiration for these enormous celebrities and their outstanding performances, even if he sometimes slurred and faltered over his remarks.
About Kane, Trump said, “Another man who’s a friend of mine. He’s another one I’m not going to mess around with. He’s from Knox County, Tennessee, do you know Glenn Jacobs? Goes by the name, goes by the name of …. Kane. Kane. Where is Kane? Where’s the …. look at the size of this guy. Man o’ man – that’s – he’s all man. He’s all man. He’s good.”
He added further mentioning The Undertaker, “When I see these guys, some of them like The Undertaker right? And I see him walking around the ring lifting a 300-pound guy over his shoulders like this. It may be acting… then he throws him into the seats, it’s pretty great.”
Kane endorses the former US president
Hall of Fame wrestler Kane was there to hear former pal Donald Trump speak. Trump has praised the Brothers of Destruction, and Kane has echoed that sentiment. While praising Jacobs for his time as mayor of Knox County, Tennessee, Trump also recognized his accomplishments in WWE.
With his Republican victory in the 2018 election, Jacobs took office as mayor of Knox County in August. In the 2022 election, he was re-elected to a second term in office. In his statement at the occasion, Jacobs included a video on Twitter of himself arguing for Donald Trump’s reelection as president of the United States.
With the clip, he tweeted, “Joe Biden’s incompetence is a danger to our nation and those fighting to protect it. We need a strong leader in Washington. We need @realDonaldTrump.” However, it looks like WWE is very much affected by politics and Hollywood.
