Initially it was assumed as a knee injury, but the quarterback assured reporters of a speedy recovery post-game. He has been missing Philly’s practice session in the last few days due to “illness.”

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the signal-caller has been labeled as “questionable” for the crucial game, and the Eagles later updated the news on their social media.

Despite this uncertainty, Schefter expressed optimism about the dual threat’s suiting up for the matchup, while highlighting the QB’s separate travel arrangements to prevent the spread of the illness within the team.

Hurts’ on-field contributions this season have been remarkable as the veteran amassed impressive statistics despite battling through injuries lately. His 3,192 passing yards, 19 touchdowns, 10 interceptions along with 460 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground speaks volumes.
