Fan favorite CM Punk t-shirt makes its return ahead of Royal Rumble

CM Punk shocked the wrestling world when he made his surprising return at Survivor Series WarGames. The former world champion left the company in 2014, and even after so many years, he is still well-received by WWE fans, just like in the past.

Recently, WWE re-released the ‘Best in the World’ merch in the WWEShop, and this ‘Return T-shirt’ has surpassed every other merch available in the shop. This enthusiastic support from fans shows their love for Punk ahead of his Royal Rumble 2024 match.

WWE brings back classic CM Punk tee

CM Punk’s first promo after his return on November 25 saw the WWE star say the famous line “Hell Froze Over,” which was later added to one of the new merchandise items along with his iconic symbol. A little while back, WWE made Punk’s classic merch available on the WWEShop, and this has become one of the top-selling t-shirts of the company. The T-shirt is priced at $32.99 and is available in different sizes from small to 3XL.

The description for the merch read, “Celebrate CM Punk’s return to WWE by gearing up in this Best In The World Ringer T-Shirt. The Superstar apparel features contrast ribbing at the collar and sleeve openings, providing a sleek twist on a classic look. Fans are excited to see the classic attire return after so many years. Some are even speculating if it is WWE’s way of hinting at anything or whether it’s a clue for Punk taking the win of the Royal Rumble event on January 27. Although this week’s RAW saw Cody Rhodes and Punk coming face to face, fans are still rooting for their favorite to win the match.

CM Punk to feature in Royal Rumble after over 3650 days

CM Punk left WWE in June 2014 after the company fired him due to unknown reasons, and now after almost a decade, the wrestler is set to appear in his first Royal Rumble after 3650 days. Interestingly, Punk’s last premium event before he left WWE was Royal Rumble, and now after his comeback, his first premium event is also the biggest battle royal of 2024.

Booker T on his latest Hall Of Fame podcast shared Punk’s potential to win the Royal Rumble match. The WWE Hall of Famer said, “There are a lot of intriguing stories that we can create with CM Punk right now. Yes, I say it’s a big, huge possibility. CM Punk wins the Royal Rumble, which sets him up to go into WrestleMania and all of that, but he needs to get out of those.”
