Seth Rollins hits 220-days with World Heavyweight title

On the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, Seth Rollins successfully defended his WWE World Heavyweight Championship title against Drew McIntyre in the main event. Rollins came close to losing the title after being attacked by Judgment Day’s Damian Priest, but McIntyre’s Claymore fended Priest off.

During the match, both McIntyre and Rollins displayed a high-paced and physically demanding performance, utilizing various techniques such as high-flying moves and action-packed kicks. Near the end of the match, it seemed like the Architect was going to win as he landed a Curb Stomp and Pedigree on the Scottish Warrior. However, McIntyre, Priest, and Dominik Mysterio entered the ring.

Dominik distracted the referee while Priest hit Rollins with the Money in the Bank briefcase. McIntyre was determined to secure the victory and attacked both Priest and Dominik on the outside, not wanting to miss the opportunity. He then returned to the ring and executed a Claymore Kick on Rollins. However, Rollins managed to put his foot on the rope and break the pinfall.

A frustrated McIntyre dragged Rollins to the top of the commentary table, but the champion countered with a Pedigree on the desk. Rollins then took McIntyre back to the ring and landed a Curb Stomp, securing a three-count victory to extend his title reign.

Rollins has now held the WWE World Heavyweight Champion title for over 220 days since winning it at the Night of Champions event in May 2023. In his whole reign, he has defended this title 56 times.
