Finn Balor was notably a missing figure on Monday night on WWE RAW. But that did not stop the former world champion from grabbing the headlines.
Balor took to social media and addressed his much-speculated WWE contract situation. The Judgment Day member wrote, “I would like to take this moment to say thank you to WWE for 10 incredible years. And after much thought and consideration, I have decided that now is the right time to say ‘I ain’t going nowhere!'” Reacting to it, Rhea Ripley posted, “Bruh, why you give me a heart attack like that!”

One cannot fault “The Eradicator” for fearing the worst, as the first part of Balor’s post implied something different. As it seemed, the Irish superstar was announcing his departure from the Stamford-based company, but that was not the case. The 42-year-old has reportedly signed a multi-year, “big money contact” to prolong his stay in WWE.

While the two Judgment Day members showed solidarity on social media, the rest of the team seemed to be in tatters with the future of the stable in question.
Will Finn Balor break away from the Judgment Day?
On Monday night, cracks showed up within the Judgment Day. It all started when JD McDonagh tried to ambush Damian Priest’s opponent for WWE Backlash, Jey Uso. Priest got super kicked in the process by the challenger ahead of their match in France next month.
As the night rolled on, the rift became more prominent when a frustrated Damian Priest attacked Ricochet and Andrade after the duo beat JD McDonagh and Santos Escobar, who was filling in for an injured Dominik Mysterio. After the beatdown, Priest told his stablemates, “I don’t need anybody, You guys need me.”

It will not be shocking if The Judgment Day breaks up in the absence of Rhea Ripley and Finn Balor goes his separate way to pursue the WWE title himself. With the recent change in the faction’s dynamic, a solo run for the “Demon King” cannot be ruled out of the question.
