Jonathan Kuminga talks on bench role at Warriors
Warriors player Jonathan Kuminga shined in the game against the Chicago Bulls, making a bold statement and displaying his balling capabilities. He scored 24 points and propelled his team to finish the game on a victorious note. After the match, in the post-game interview, Kuminga expressed his views on playing a bench role and winning as a team.
He reportedly said, “I have been coming off the bench since I have been here. So, that does not affect me at all. I mean, I stay a professional, and as long as I go out there and help my team win. Just enjoy being with this group of guys every hour of the day and it doesn’t matter if I play fewer minutes as long as I helped… coming off the bench maybe it was a great decision by the coach but I can’t question that. Whoever goes out there and plays, helps us win, that’s all that matters.”

Steve reportedly said, “We had gotten off track spiritually and emotionally in the last couple of games. Our fans felt it. We got booed and it was the first time since I had been here in 10 years. And, as I said, those nights we deserved it because of the lack of our energy and our competitive spirit. We found it back tonight.”
