“He still can’t resist the s*x joke”: Giannis Antetokounmpo’s bizarre post-game reaction to Pacers loss leaves NBA Twitter stunned

The Pacers have been absolutely dominant against the Bucks season, leaving no room for errors. Led by Tyrese Haliburton, the young core of the Pacers cruised to their 4th victory against Giannis and Co. this NBA season.

Following the loss against the Pacers, Giannis Antetokounmpo left media personnel and the NBA world shocked after his unique post-game response. Antetokounmpo had an interesting reply to the Bucks’ struggle versus the Pacers that did not sit well with the fans.

Giannis Antetokounmpo comments on Bucks losing to Pacers for 4th time

Speaking to the media after a disappointing loss, one would expect players to provide insightful replies to why the team wasn’t able to find their rhythm.

Not Giannis.

The Greek Freak had a ‘freaky’ reply when asked about the loss. This is what Antetokounmpo had to say about the Pacers beating them four times this season.

“You think about it. When you go home and sleep and wake up, you think about it. When you go back and work out, you think about it…. When you’re about to get freaky at night, you think about it.”

NBA fans were stunned at the superstar’s bizarre reply and instantly tweeted their reactions to the same.

A user commented, “Even when he’s serious and mad he still can’t resist the sex joke lmfao.”

Another social media enthusiast commented, “At least he can joke around about it, but he also knows that this team needs to put the work in if we want to compete seriously.”

While Giannis’ comments overshadowed the loss to the Pacers, the Bucks will not be too happy about their defensive rotations. There is no doubt that their defensive lapses weakened the team through their games against the Pacers. A lack of urgency and intensity was evident to the average NBA viewer as the squad from Indiana breezed past the Giannis-led Bucks.

While the Bucks have been disappointing against the Pacers this season, Giannis Antetokounmpo has been beyond remarkable in his individual performances against Indiana.

Giannis’ performance against Pacers in the four defeats

When Giannis plays against the Pacers, it’s as if they unleash his inner beast, or should we say inner ‘freak’.

Against the Pacers this season, the Greek Freak is averaging a stunning 42.2 points per game, 13 rebounds and 5.4 assists in 5 games. Giannis also set the franchise record for the Milwaukee Bucks with a career-high 64-point game where he outrageously went to the free-throw line 32 times. This tremendous effort from Giannis led to the Bucks’ win, their only win against the Pacers this season.

Apart from his masterclass of 64 points, Giannis Antetokounmpo also had another 50-point piece for Indiana. On 9th November, the star put up a casual 54 points on a night where he shot above 75% from the field. However, this effort from the Greek superstar went in vain as the Pacers won the game 126-124.

In another appearance on New Year’s Day, the Bucks floor marshal dropped a gritty triple-double only to end up on the losing side yet again. He ended the night with 30 points, 18 rebounds, and 11 assists, a stat line he would’ve been proud of had the Bucks won.

The player also scored 37 points in another losing cause on a night where he shot 68% from the field and 84.6 % from the free-throw line.

In the most recent fixture between the two teams which oversaw another Bucks loss, Giannis came so close, yet so far from another triple-double which would’ve been his fourth this season. The star walked away from the loss chipping in with 26 points, 11 rebounds, and 8 assists – his lowest individual score over the five matchups.

While the Bucks have been mediocre against the Pacers this season, it is safe to say that Giannis has been unstoppable.
