The Minnesota Vikings’ Jordan Addison has just embarked on his national league journey. The 21-year-old has stepped on the NFL world as the 23rd pick in April’s NFL draft after spending two years at Pittsburgh and one season at USC. Amid this dreaming situation, Addison is subjected to a reckless driving case.
The rookie player understands the wrongdoings of himself as he is witnessing how his team’s former veteran player Dalvin Cook is now suffering for violating the NFL rules regarding behavior. As a result, without taking much time, Jordan has publicly taken responsibility for his act through an apology statement.
Jordan Addison issues an apologetic statement
The Vikings team has a hope to see the 2021 Biletnikoff Award winner playing the role of no. 2 receiver after cutting ties with Adam Thielen.
However, without appearing in a single game, Addison has already involved his name in the middle of a rules violation. The rookie player delivered an apology statement through his agent Tim Younger shortly after the news went out in order to be forewarned in the first instance.
Jordan Addison issued the following statement regarding yesterday’s event: “Yesterday morning I made a mistake and used poor judgment. I recognize and own that. I am going to learn from this and not repeat the behavior. I am truly sorry.”

“Yesterday morning I made a mistake and used poor judgment. I recognize and own that. I am going to learn from this and not repeat the behavior. I am truly sorry,” the apology statement said.
Jordan caught overspeeding
Minnesota police stopped Jordan’s car early on Thursday morning on eastbound Interstate 94, according to the Minnesota State Patrol nearly 3 a.m. He was driving 140 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone.
Fortunately, the player did not have to be stuck with tough legal obligations. Without arresting him, the MSP only gave him a citation. Following the incident, the Vikings team stated that they were acknowledging the matter and thoroughly investigating it in a statement to ESPN.
“We are aware of last night’s traffic incident involving Jordan Addison and are gathering additional information,” the team said.
Without waiting for the twelfth hour, the Maryland native took a great initiative that will remain a blessing in disguise for his upcoming NFL journey.
