After being excluded from the squad for a game, he went on social media to berate the Dutchman’s comments regarding him afterwards. This has led to an exile from the club since then, and he is now due for an exit.

With his Manchester United career practically over, Jadon Sancho is now expected to leave the club in the upcoming January transfer window. According to German media outlet BILD, Bundesliga club RB Leipzig is one of the clubs heavily interested in the player.
While a permanent transfer may happen later, for now, a loan deal is the ideal choice for the German club. This will also be somewhat beneficial for United until they find a permanent suitor for the player.

However, there is a major obstacle preventing the deal. That is because of the lofty wages that Sancho is currently paid at United, which amount to €20 million annually. A club like Leipzig would not want to pay such wages, especially for a player out of form and for such disciplinary issues.
If Sancho wants to play again as soon as possible, he may have to consider taking a significant pay cut. Alternatives could include United paying part of his wages, though it will not go in line with their need to cut back on costs as they battle Financial Fair Play rules.

Jadon Sancho is also heavily linked with another Bundesliga club, and that is Borussia Dortmund. This is the same club that saw his rise to stardom, and he would certainly want to rejoin them again.

According to renowned German journalist Christian Falk, both United and Dortmund are set to have a meeting to discuss a possible swap deal. It would involve the transfer of Sancho to Dortmund, while young forward Donyell Malen goes the other way. Dortmund do want Sancho, but they are also wary of his disciplinary issues.
However, it is worth noting that a swap deal of this nature can be quite complex and may not materialize, primarily due to the fact that Malen is currently not included in Ten Hag’s plans. Sancho’s exit remains a priority for United, and the club is diligently working towards making it happen. Barcelona and Juventus, among other clubs, have expressed interest in the player, but they currently face financial constraints that prevent them from pursuing the transfer.
