“Jake cooked that fake brother”: Logan Paul, Jake Paul’s heated exchange over KSI partnership sent shockwaves through boxing community

After a hiatus of nearly three years, Logan Paul is returning to the boxing ring for a Misfits Boxing event, where he’ll face Dillon Danis. The event is set to be headlined by a match between KSI and Tommy Fury.

Logan’s undercard position in a KSI headlined event has led to some intense exchanges between the Paul brothers on their most recent Impaulsive podcast episode.

Jake Paul gets into heated exchange with Logan Paul over friendship with KSI

A rivalry between The Problem Child and KSI is ongoing, with a potential fight between them in the future. On the other hand, the involvement of Logan as a business partner with KSI complicates the dynamic between the Paul brothers.

During Jake’s recent boxing match against Nate Diaz at the Dallas American Airlines Center, Logan encountered a situation where he couldn’t showcase Prime products. This issue arose because both Logan and KSI are co-owners of the hydration drink.

This incident was a key point that ignited the conflict between the Paul brothers on their podcast. The Maverick found this quite ridiculous.

“They said I would get kicked out if I bought a Prime bottle. That’s f**king ridiculous bro. Do you think I would ever ban you from promoting any of your s**t at any of my events?” Logan asked Jake.

In response, Jake highlighted that this situation led to problems during his previous event. The Problem Child explained they had existing partnerships with betting and drink companies, and yet Logan appeared wearing a cap promoting betting and had Prime drinks, creating a conflict of interest.

Boxing community reacts to Jake Paul, Logan Paul’s heated exchange

Fans of the boxing community as well as fans and followers of the two influential brothers have taken the comment section as a platform to share their opinions about the intense and contentious verbal exchange centered around KSI.

“I think they both have good points, Logan shouldn’t be friends and business partners with KSI not just because of Jake’s current and past history with KSI but his own history with him, He wanted Jake to avenge his loss and Logan chose money and business over his brotherhood.” a user said.

“Logan shouldn’t be best friends with KSI then lmao why be best friends with your brother’s biggest enemy,” Sharp said.

Jay James showed his support for Jake by saying, “Jake is actually thinking like a boxing promoter and using boxing business. He’s not looking at it like a content creator. Boxing promoters don’t promote other companies’ events or fighters.”

“Both building the same audience, not like it’s a choice between one or the other. Only makes sense to promote emerging amateur boxing for younger audiences concept together. Or join forces to improve the overall perception.” Ed said.

“I see both sides, but I agree with Logan. Jake Paul’s fights aren’t being watched by legit boxing fans and neither is Misfits. The audience is the same. If we’re being real MVP vs Misfits isn’t a real rivalry. It’s just petty of Jake.” another user commented.

Jim Park, however, found it weird as Logan asked Jake to promote KSI’s products as he said,” This dude chose his little brother’s enemy to be his best friend and now has the nerve to complain that his brother is not promoting the enemy’s stuff.”

Another user thinks Logan was trying to be bossy as he said, “To me, it always looks like Logan is trying to big bro Jake in public. Like, the language he uses here in response to Jake saying, “we’re smart.”
