In 2019, WWE superstar John Cena appeared with his brother Dan Cena in a special episode of Kelly Clarkson Show. It was a special episode dedicated to police officers working for the safety of people. Dan Cena is a police sergeant and that’s why he appeared on the show with other officers. But John’s appearance was a total surprise.
During the show, both Cena brothers shared their story of growing up in a household of five boys. John Cena expressed his affection for his brother, who worked hard for the family during tough times.
“One thing I truly love about Dan is he, as much of the job that is difficult to digest, he loves his work, and he never once takes it home with him, and he’s a wonderful father, and a wonderful husband, and a wonderful brother. And to be able to manage all that” said John Cena.
He also explained why his brother was not available most of the time and why he felt distant. Cena added, “He’s always department and unit first above all else, and I think that’s because in difficult times, especially in subject matter that we can’t relate to, you folks lean on each other and I think that’s special.”

John Cena has four siblings in total. He has an older brother named Stephen Cena, followed by his younger brothers, Daniel Cena, Matthew Cena, and Sean Cena. Stephen Cena is a puppet artist, stage actor, and voice artist. He is also very passionate about bodybuilding since the early days of his career. John Cena’s younger brother, Daniel Cena, is a police sergeant at the West Newbury police station. He is a dedicated officer and has been working to protect the citizens since the age of 19.
On the other hand, Matthew Cena is a very passionate bodybuilder and he is currently working as the manager of Harrison Worldwide Transportation. He is a dedicated family man with two daughters. The youngest sibling of Cena is Sean Cena. The life story of Sean is very harsh as he suffered from a third-stage brain tumor in his early life and had to bear so much pain.
